Vitality is one of the two main attributes of the player, along with health.
Vitality is on a scale from 0 to 100. When vitality is above 50, then a player's health will slowly increase, unless the health is already at its maximum level. If a player's vitality reaches 0 then the player's health will start to decrease. The player starts the game with maximum vitality.
Vitality decreases slowly over time. It is increased by eating and drinking.
